I would like to thank you. My youngest daughter is scared of Santa, the experience was amazing and for the first time my youngest was happy to be near him. I must admit that was the best ever Santa meeting we have ever been to. Thank you so much will be coming back to visit again.

Absolutely fantastic in my opinion. It really was completely magical. My daughter loved seeing Santa and spent ages in the the workshop choosing a present. I have never known an attraction to allow children to choose own presents before and what a brilliant idea. Amy came away with exactly what she wanted. We spent most of the day there as so many other things to see and do. Christmas markets were also nice to wander round too. I would definitely recommend this place and definitely worth the money. I will be returning.

The weather was wet and cold, but the welcome we received was very warm. The staff were very friendly and helpful and had plenty of time for us.Took my grand-daughter to see Father Christmas who was excellent in the way he talked to her and also we didn't feel rushed. The Grotto was first class and the quality of the gifts was of a high standard. The whole experience was very well organised and enjoyable, we will certainly visit again.

What excellent value for the children.The children can go into the gift shop and pick the gift they want what a great idea no gift what you don't want. .The indoor play area is good for young and older children.

Had a good stress-free visit to see Santa. Lovely decorated grotto and Santa made the experience really special for our 5 and 7 years olds, listening to them and assuring them they were in fact on the 'nice list' this year!

Some nice quirky little shops to look around afterwards too, we will definitely be making a return visit.

We had an amazing day with you today. Santa was fantastic, best experience we've had. You've got everything spot on, made a magical experience for my 2 daughters, particularly my 4 year old! She loved it. Oh and Zoobee's shows are fab too! Definitely be back next year :) Fab customer service xx

The Father Christmas event at Hatton is definitely one of the best and the set up very organised. Going through to the elves workshop is a lovely touch. The key idea is brilliant and the children thought the whole experience wonderful.
